The Evo Showcase kicks off the festivities in Vegas once again this year. Starting at 10 AM PT Friday morning, you’ll want to tune in during Day 1 of Evo 2024 for panels, exhibitions, and more.

Here’s a quick rundown of the day’s schedule:

Now, let’s dive a bit deeper into some of the planned events.


Developer Panels
Arc System Works, Aether Studios, Capcom, Bandai Namco, Cygames, SNK?! OH MY! The developers of some of your favorite fighting game franchises have come to Vegas to talk and show off what they’ve been working on, as well as provide us all with some insights and knowledge.

Be sure to catch your favorites throughout the day and keep an eye out for any surprises.

Exhibition Matches
The FGC has been blessed with top quality new releases the last few years. 2023 brought us Street Fighter 6, Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising, and Mortal Kombat 1, and this year saw the release of TEKKEN 8 and UNDER NIGHT IN-BIRTH II Sys:Celes.


2025 promises to deliver more of the same, with HUNTERxHUNTER NENxIMPACT and FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves scheduled for release next year. We are excited to bring both titles to the Evo Showcase with exhibitions that will give us a peek at the thrilling competition to come for both titles.

Join Justin Wong and Tasty Steve to watch some HUNTERxHUNTER NENxIMPACT at 11am, then come back as Aroo and El Colt join us for some FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves at 8 PM. 

Sajam Slam: Beat a Pro
Sajam Slam took the internet by storm and opened up the FGC to new audiences by inviting a variety of content creators to compete against each other in TEKKEN 8. The top teams from the event won flights to Evo, and we are pleased to be welcoming some of the competitors on stage during the Evo Showcase for Sajam Slam: Beat a Pro. Do you think you have what it takes to defeat a Sajam Slam champion?

FGC Feud with JMCrofts
It’s time to play the feud! JMCrofts is bringing his take on a survey-based trivia game show to the Evo Showcase with some FGC flair. We asked questions to the community, the responses were tallied, and now it’ll be up to our contestants to see if they’re in tune with the minds of the masses.

Seth Killian and SonicFox
Seth Killian returns to the Evo stage at 6:30 PM to interview 6-time Evo Champion SonicFox about their journey through the FGC, their love of fighting games, and life in general.

In addition to all of these panels, events, and exhibitions in the Evo Showcase, there are plenty of reasons to make your way to Las Vegas for this year’s record-breaking event. Attendees will have access to all the other events and attractions in this year’s revamped 3-day convention format, including Top 6 viewing in our in-venue Arena Finals Experience, exclusive photo opportunities, the Cosplay Contest, our Artist Alley and Vendor Village, casual matches and on-the-fly brackets in the BYOC area, watch parties with some of their favorite creators, and more!

Evo 2024 Badges will be available for purchase online until July 16th and in person at the event and will include a complimentary Evo-branded water bottle while supplies last.
