Cygames returned to take the stage to show us the future of Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising. We learned exciting new info, like Cygames America CEO Motohiro Okubo’s favorite characters being 2B and Siegfried. The Cygames booth features GBVSR  Version 1.50, with post-balance adjustment for Gran and Lucilius and the upcoming DLC character, Versusia.

Version 1.50 will also be adding new story content. The Top 10 players for each character in the Master Point Rankings will hold the new Grand Master rank. Penalties will also be introduced for players who disconnect from online matches. Cygames is also considering bringing the previous Battle Pass costumes as DLC.

Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising will be featured on the final day of Evo 2024 for the Top 6 competition.
